Save $ Fix It Yourself
Belt repair with beater bar replacement took about 20 minutes. While I was doing this, I also cleaned all the filters. What a difference.

Miserable Experience
1) After ordering your part, I learned your prices are disgustingly high. 2) I called your company to cancel the order, your overseas customer service representative could barely speak English, her accent made her poorly enunciated English coupled with her poor English comprehension next to impossible to understand. 3) After a 20 minute phone call I was finally able to to convey to your representative that I wanted to cancel the order, your representative said she canceled the order. 4) Your representative lied to me, the order was not canceled. 5) The order shipped, which I received. 6) Although I bought the correct OEM part and installed it from another company for 75% less than your cost, your part was clearly the wrong part. 7) I then wanted to return the part. The online return process was easy, I did not have to return the part. 8) I'm still waiting for my credit card to be credited with the purchase price, but even so I'm not going to get a refund for the shipping costs because your representative lied to me by not cancelling the order. 9) Never, ever again, will I do business with your company. If I could give it zero stars I would.
