Exact part. Worked great

A breeze to install and worked flawlessly. Great company to trade with. Have already recommended to others and will continue to do so.

Easy to Install

I did not pull the washer out that far and was working from the front of the washer, but still the installation was easy. I had read the installation information online and had looked at my washer to get in mind what I needed to do. I removed the screws holding the cover on and then the timer itself. Getting the timer free was a little tricky as I could not see the wire bundle, but I lifted slightly and it was free. After removing the wire plug and plugging it into the new timer the rest of the installation went smoothly.

Order system is not for the faint of heart

Still not sure about the part fitting/working or not, as I haven't had time to install it yet - rating is for my disappointment in the ordering system. When I order, website says "in stock". Then two days later I get an email saying part is on backorder. I call just to see if there is any more information (there's backorder "on the way" and backorder "this isn't manufactured any more"!) Then over a week later when I am about to give up, I get an email saying the item has shipped. The part does arrive very close to the original estimated arrival date (clearly stated in my order, and not what I would call speedy), but I don't need the additional stress of thinking I've got to find the same part elsewhere. It's a good thing I have a rinky-dink method to bypass the washer stalling mid-cycle.
