This manufacturer-approved black outer door panel (part number 8269837) for Kenmore dishwasher model 66515892100 attaches to the inner door panel to house and protect the components and wires inside the door. It also provides a decorative cover for the dishwasher.

Shut off the circuit breaker for the dishwasher before beginning to attach the replacement outer door panel below the control panel.
To release the existing outer door panel, take the screws out of the inner door panel that hold it in place.
