Install was a BREEZE!!!
Just a few minutes and I was on my way!! And think....I almost trashed the mower!!! A $25 replacement axel assembly saved the day. My daughter helped me replace the old one with ease!! Weeeeehooooo!!!!

Perfect replacement. No Instructions
There were no instructions but it was pretty easy to figure out how to install. Really just have to take off the wheels for easier access. I had to replace it because the height adjustment lever broke off (from stress, I dunno. No explanation.) Wish I wouldn't have had to buy a whole axle assembly just for the lever.

Wrong Axle Received
The wrong part was received. The part received was apparently for a lawn mower with four (4) eight (8) INCH wheels. My mower has two (2) 11 inch wheels on the rear and two(2) eight (8) in wheels on the front. With the axle that was shipped, the rear wheels cannot be reattached..

Get Your Act Together Sears
The product was obviously used and a protective part on the handle was missing. Was all scratched up and unprofessionally packed. Sad that a loyal customer like myself who has spent thousands and thousands of dollars through Sears is treated like this. Now I know why Sears is closing stores all over the US.

very straightforward.
pop off the outer wheel covers and you'll see everything that needs to be done. it literally took me 5 minutes, but the point is, this is a very manageable repair.
