A rip-off !
Received the board and while I was taking it out of the package, a helping friend got the TV working through a cable box problem. I repacked and sent for a return and Sears replied " parts not in resalable condition" and refused a refund. I barely touched the part and did not install it. Funny part is I paid more for the part from Sears thinking they were a reliable source. Never, never again buying anything from Sears !!! Note - I had to rate installation to be able to send this reply.
