Choose this manufacturer-approved 14-gauge brown wire for your gas range.

Use this 14-gauge brown wire with a temperature rating of 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit) to replace damaged or missing wiring for an electric circuit in a free-standing gas range.

  • Check the wire you need to replace to make sure this part is the correct size. The gauge should be stamped on the wire in your range. Generally, the higher the gauge, the smaller the diameter. As a wire's diameter decreases, so does the amount of current it can carry.
