Very simple and easy to install
I removed the the bolt in the top of the agitator, pulled the agitator out, installed new agitator cam kit, put the agitator back in place, installed the center bolt, and bam. My 19 y/o Kenmore elite washer washes like new again. Thanks Parts Direct

Do it Yourself
Replacing the cam kit was easy as my agitator came right off without having to remove the entire thing. I also replaced the motor coupling. It wasn't hard, but it is a 2 person job. The motor is heavy to hold and the position is awkward. It's do-able though and worth the effort.

Still waiting on all the parts
Hard to answer this question without having all the parts I order. Should wait until all parts have arrived. All I can say right now is it takes to long to receive part as they don't come all at once.
