This air filter (part number 265-17) is for air compressors.
Air filter 265-17 cleans the air entering the air compressor.
Disconnect the power and bleed the pressure from the air tank before servicing. Wear work gloves to protect your hands.

Easy to install.
It was easy to install, I had to make a cap to cover and hold the filter in place since the cap is no longer made. I was done in about 20 mins.

Great item needing replacement
I should have replaced a long time ago. Ordered two this time so I have a spare on hand for my older Craftsman 5HP 33 gallon compressor 12 CFM.
