it was a simple as removing the old board, wires still intact, screw in new board then move the wiring on at a time, took a total of 5 minutes. Everything working perfectly

Easy to install
Repair did not take long. Remove the old one and install the new one then reattach all the connections. Its up and running again good as new. Its a shame its such an expensive part.

Electrical surge damaged Jenn Air range control
After an Ice storm caused an electrical surge that damaged our oven, I ordered WP5701M796-60 Range Oven Control Board and Clock. As soon as the parts arrived I pulled the oven out, removed the covers from the back of the oven. and performed the easy install. This repair took me less than an hour to install. All works great again.

Main Control Unit for a Jenn Air Duel Fuel Oven

Part was not available
It seems odd that I could order the part and pay extra for expedited shipping only to find out that the part was not immediately available. However, I was able to get the shipping fee waived simply by asking and the part was eventually received a week later than we had hoped. It took longer to install than I had planned because I didn't take extensive notes and eventually forgot a few minor details of how I disassembled the unit. I eventually figured it all out with no 'extra parts'. :-)

Works when you get one that isn't damaged
I ended up waiting for two back orders to be delivered and both appear to have been dropped. The first had a couple of broken pins, the second only had a bent bracket which I could bend back. Still once that was done it was a pretty easy install and my touchpad works perfectly now.

Control board replacement
Previous control board failed with a small thermal incident blowing the capacitator off of the control board . A little pricey for the repair but the oven is worth it ...
