Backguard Panel 316232611

Received damaged part twice!

First time I ordered, the piece was dented on both sides. Had to return and purchase again and had to call to request refund since it was not issued automatically. ( no option to replace). Second order was back ordered and when it was finally received, it was scratched all over. Had to keep it since it was the only option and I urgently needed the piece.
