The parts where not delivered on the day posted, when I called all they could tell me was the parts were in process so I canceled the order and bought the parts locally (about the same price). The day I reassembled the washer their parts can in. Cost me $6 dollars to send them back and that could only be done online. I understand why Sears is going out.
