part was exact fit
Parts are getting difficult to find for older pieces of Craftsman equipment, in this case a 20 year old air compressor. Fortunately, this O ring was one of the few remaining parts still available via Sears Parts. I should have purchased 2 as i'm sure at some point it will fail again, and the shipping was way more than the cost of the part.
