I am sooooo happy with my experience. I was ready to trash this old vacuum cleaner. Vacuuming has become an unrewarding chore, dragging a canister with no wheels on the power head, and dust collecting around the broken dust bag holder and disintegrating filter. After two vacuum repair shops told me parts weren't available anymore, and since Sears closed its doors I was skeptical about this service. The parts arrived ahead of schedule, I replaced them myself in 20 minutes. And my house is clean again! ( Now if my husband would replace the short in the end of the cord it would be brand new...)
