Great product and service
Delivery was swift and the cooktop was in pristine shape. I was concerned that it might get broken in transit because it is glass. It took a long time to install because I did not have the proper drill bit. There were no instructions but youtube helped. Also, everything was very intuitive.

Beautiful, but a nightmare installation
I do not think the average homeowner would be able to install this glass cooktop on this model range. Fortunately I have a relative that is very patient and enjoys a good challenge. He got a run for his money here. None of the videos we were able to find on YouTube (nor the video link you sent me) came anywhere close to how this cooktop gets installed, and certainly did not prepare us for this adventure. There were so many parts, screws, brackets, braces, electrical connections that had to be dealt with to remove the broken cooktop, then reattaching these parts in the proper sequence to the new cooktop. After over 3 hrs. of non-stop labor, my range is as good as new. The install was a success, but I credit that to the diligence and patience of my installer. I can understand why this part and range is no longer being manufactured.
