Shock absorber
The parts are well priced compared with the prices of comparable items on competitors websites. The order arrived in a reasonable time frame. If I need to order replacement parts again I will be using Sears Direct again!

PERFECT FIT
I replaced all four shock absorbers at once. The ones in the back will require you to unplug the washer, remove the rear over and remove the old absorbers. Beware of sharp edges. Once the old ones were removed, the new ones went in relatively easy. I immediately noticed a much quieter washer. The parts appeared identical to the original and I am please in their quality, so far.
