Most difficult online buying process
Part works great! The buying process was very difficult. Took two orders and multiple phone conversations to finally receive it. First order was cancelled mysteriously and no one notified me until I called two weeks later for an update. Then spent 20 minutes on another call to finally get order processed. Then was called by someone who was very hard to understand who wanted to get a lot more info on my credit card, after it was already approved. Interestingly, when I ordered it originally, it showed as in inventory, but was flipped to backordered after I completed order. This process was extraordinarily difficult and frustrating. I hope someone in power reads this.
