This hand wheel locking cam (part number 969129-002) is for table saws.

Hand wheel locking cam 969129-002 connects the hand wheel to the hand wheel locking lever and prevents the wheel from turning when the lever is in the lock position.

Unplug the table saw before installing this part. Wear work gloves to protect your hands.
