I have had the filter on my kitchen cold wster line for 35 years. I worry that Sears will stop making the disposable filters. So far so good & I just signed up for the automatic mailing of replacement filters.

After remove the plastic wrap from each filter, follow the instructions printed on the inside of the wrapper.

Taking the filter system off the wall before removing the cartridges is easier than crawling into the cabinet to put them back on and have it fall off the wall anyway. Not much water spillage if you are careful.
