Buy these from Whirlpool instead.
VERY OVERPRICED compared to the same and more readily available Whirlpool filters the local Sears store had been carrying. With this and parts problems with our just out of warranty microwave, I doubt I will be purchasing from Sears Parts Direct or the local store again soon, if ever.

Easy install, water was cloudy for a couple days after changing. No directions included on the process if any certain . Filter is expensive!

Easy to install
It is a different person each time that I need to change the Reverse Osmosis System Filter and none of them had have any problem. They tackled it without problem and easily installed it.

Unit died
The RO unit died as soon as all 3 filters were replaced as per the owners manual an as done many times in the past. Waste of an expensive RO filter as well as the pre & post filters. No water flow after change. Defective filters or bad timing?

To describe the repair: there wasn't any repair i replaced water filters. You twist left to remove, twist right to put new one in place.
