Only problems all the way

So far I encountered problems only. First time my order didn't passed through but my bank account was charged twice. Second order attempt was successful, and the ordered part even came a day earlier than expected, but both the shipping box and the part itself (Samsung over door assembly) arrived severely damaged! Now I submitted claims for both SearsPartsDirect and UPS. UPS approved the claim and still trying to get to the shipper, a.k.a. SearsPartsDirect, and Sears after two business days still doesn't show any signs of activity. I'll get either my part or my money back, but never ever will deal with this company again! The conclusion: very disappointing!
