Wrong part. Twice.

I ordered a socket for my Kenmore oven light. While the image on the website matched the part in my oven, the part that arrived was different. While I was disappointed, I thought it was an anomaly and ordered another one, this time via my local Sears Hometown store. When that part arrived, it again was the wrong socket. When I contacted my Sears store to complain, no effort was made to resolve the issue. Then I called the Sears parts phone bank, which took my problem seriously. The rep asked me to send a photo of the light socket I received, which I did. That was on a Friday morning, two days ago. I've spent about $80 and a lot of time on two parts that were boxed incorrectly and haven't heard back from Sears about making it right. Maybe next week.
