Remove the upper dishrack

  1. Press the release tab and pull the rack stop off the inside track of the rail. If your dishwasher has different rack stops, follow the instructions in your owner’s manual.

  2. Pull the dishrack out and set it upside down.

Replace the broken roller

  1. Remove the screw from the broken wheel’s axle, then pull off the wheel and axle.

  2. Insert the new wheel on the axle and attach it to the dishrack.

Reinstall the upper dishrack

Once the new roller is on, slide the wheels into the track rails and push the upper dishrack into the dishwasher. Reinstall the rack stops.
