How do I keep plastic dishes from flipping over in the dishwasher?

Because they’re lightweight, plastic dishes often flip over in the dishwasher and collect water. When you open the dishwasher door and pull the racks out, water collected in the plastic dishes spills everywhere.

How do you prevent this problem?
