Kenmore elite fridge part.
"Was the wrong part" even though by putting the model # in the verify spot , in stated it was the correct part. I should get a refund , but lost shipping costs. won't use sears parts again.

REPLACEMENT PART NOT WORKING PROPERLY
The repairman called Sears service dept. to make some inquiries and ordered the fan motor for my Kenmore Elite refrigerator. Once the part arrived Leroy (the repair guy) returned to do the repair. Sears had sent the wrong motor/fan part and Leroy had to call them back and explain the problem. I had to order the correct part and return the wrong part UPS. When the motor finally arrived, Leroy returned and installed it. The error code reset and we were able to set the desired temps for the appliance. At that point everything was looking good, but that evening the temp settings again disappeared and the error code Er rf returned. I unplugged the fridge for a minute and plugged it in again. The temps returned to the control panel, but the next morning the error code was on again. The refrigerator was {and is} only slightly cool. What could be the reason for the new motor not working properly.?

I didn't have a problem with it. The only thing that I can say bad about it is that the fan motor is a little louder than I like it to be.

Awful product, terrible service, the worst
Sears delivered the wrong part not once, but twice. I still don't have the right part to fix my Kenmore elite fridge. The fridge, your product, is terrible, and has required endless, costly repairs. I am not surprised at all that Sears has gone bankrupt.

Quality Part that Fits & Functions Perfectly
Arrived a 2 days sooner than estimated. Well packaged. Appears to be made somewhat different than the original, but form, fit and function matches requirements. After installing it, it began running and was perfectly silent. The old one was a bit noisy from day one, so hope this is a good sign that this fan is built better than the original. This condenser fan was for a Kenmore Elite 29.8 cu. ft. French Door Bottom-Freezer Refrigerator, Model 795.74025.411 (made by LG), purchased in DEC 2015. You have to remove the bracket the fan sits it, change the fan (4 little screws), then reinstall the bracket with the new fan in it. It's not hard but getting the bracket out its tight space is a little tricky.
