I placed an order on 2/2. Today, 2/3 I see I was not being sent the part I was told would work. When I logged in and went to "Your Orders" it did not appear on the list. After making a contact I was told to click the word "Orders" on the home page, enter the number+zip code and I could see the order. I would have expected to see it under the "Your Orders" option. Your customer service would not accept my issue and didn't understand what I was trying to say. Finally I just CANCELED THE ORDER ! For that reason I will need to find another way to get any parts I need. If I can not communicate with your staff its just not worth the effort!
