Maintenance tips for your Delta router

• Cleaning. Clean the router after each use. Blow out dust and debris using compressed air. Wipe down the router with a damp cloth.
• Check the bit for damage or wear before each use. Replace the bit if it's worn or damaged.
• Check the carbon motor brushes regularly. Replace the carbon motor brushes when they wear down to their limit mark. Replace both carbon brushes at the same time.
