The installation was on the easier side. Check your inner retaining ring also. As you will have access to it when replacing the outer retaining ring.

This ring and it's counter part were easy to install and were delivered in a timely manner. My only complaint is that both of these parts should be made of metal or thicker plastic. They are too thin for the job they are designed to do.

SNOW BLOWER CHUTE RETAINER RING.
THERE ARE FOUR HOLES FOR BOLTS. ONE HAD TO BE WIDEN TO SECURE BOLD. USE DRILLED TO WIDEN HOLE. LESS THEN A MINUTE WORK. PART FIT FINE.
