while the new part came quickly and was new, the hinge mechanism on the water dispenser was already broken, and didn't work correctly from the moment it was installed (it works but is clattery/floppy as opposed to a clean, tight, normally functioning hinge). Very disappointing as I dont want to have to go through the trouble of shipping it back and getting a replacement, and uninstalling and installing again, so I guess i have to live with it.
