Tie Rod
The price on your website was $11.99 and I was charged $34.99. I called twice to speak to the parts department and sent them the link so they could see what the part cost and it didn't change anything. I needed the part so I was stuck with the high price. People were nice to deal with.

Easy to install
It was easy to install only took about 15 min and the hardest part was getting the old one off. Used the mower twice since and it works fine. The only con is it is unfinished so I hope this doesnt lead to a problem down the line, but I don't expect it to.Also it would have been nice if it came with the two top nuts.

No problem with the installation.
Installed the 2 tie rods in 45 minutes. Required a 6 point 14mm socket on top nut and a 13mm wrench (open end) on the bottom.
