Website showed what I needed in stock, and I paid extra for 2 day shipping.
The next day, I get an update that my item wont be mailed for TWO WEEKS! I call customer support explaining I need piece ASAP, they say their site is incorrect and they don't actually have it in stock... they explain to me that despite showing a dozen+ in stock of the pieces I need, the website is habitually incorrect and never updated. I cancel my order with the representative, because the pieces I need are time-sensitive and I will get them elsewhere.
A few days later, I get an e-mail that one of my 3 piece shipped. What?
I call customer service back, they say the previous rep did not cancel my order because orders cannot be cancelled one hour after they've been placed. After demanding a supervisor or manager, this rep claims they can cancel it and to expect a refund in 3 business days and to ship parts back if they show up. Ok.
A week later, I have no refund and then I get another e-mail confirmation that another part was shipped! I call customer service, BOTH of the prior two reps I spoke with on different days- DID NOT CANCEL MY ORDER! The third person claimed he did, but I had to dispute the charge with my credit card company because I had zero faith he would do it either. Honestly, the $80 refunded was hardly worth the headache.
0/10 lying customer service, would not recommend this scam site to ANYBODY
