Washer timer install - definitely do it yourself!

Found a youtube video that explained it so simply. Once I had the needle-nose pliers, and the 1/4" nut driver, it took maybe 10 minutes to complete. The first timer I received was broken. Called the number on the invoice and they sent a replacement, and a paid return label. Fairly easy process overall. Would recommend.
