Part numbers
Wrong part number this is a 3inch or thereabouts. I needed the 5inch and thereabouts. I got three of them until I checked with the local repair shop. And found that the part numbers are switched. Good luck.

Finally got part ordered! Ok
Upset that it took a month to finally recieve my part, 4 times ordering & sending back wrong parts and paying for 4 orders, finally got right part. Kept sending 5 3/8 for 3 3/8". You cannot fit a 5 in a 3" whole.I talked to 10 people(1) 3 times! Frustrating if substituting everybody should know about it and what correct number is for right part! They were all nice to talk to but somebody dropped the ball with our order number and the grass grew and grew in our yard and every time we had to call, order and pay again, mail back the wrong part 3 times, before we received the right part. 30 minutes to put part on! Hallelujah, Praise the Lord !!! 63 years married, no divorce! Oh, happy day! Have a blessed day everybody, no matter which side you be on! We purchased before but only had to exchange (1) time!

Hard to tell parts apart.
I got the wrong part. It is difficult to read the diagrams to know which part is which and the descriptions for the parts are so similar it is hard to tell them apart.

first pulley part number didn't match the diagram.
Should be titled blade belt tensioner pulley. Sheila still hasn't sent a return shipping label! She was more focused on up selling home improvements and now my email is flooded with A/C projects. The product was easy to install, less than 5 min.

Failure to inform consumers of design change
The original pulley was about 5 1/4" in diameter. The new pulley is 3 7/8". That means a new, shorter belt is required. With the 135 degrees of turn on the pulley the new belt should be about 98 1/2" or greater. Sears did not tell us that this part has changed until I pointed this out, then the agent stated that the new part was a "functional substitute." The description SHOULD mention that the new part may not be exactly the same as the part it is replacing.
