Very hard to install, but worth it!
It is very hard to install. most of the washing machine needs to be disassembled. BUt it is so much better than replacing the bearings, that is almost impossible on the 13-year-old washing machine. This tub is a way to go for the bearing job. It even supplied me with extra parts I did not need but welcomed (hoses, and back strut) All in all took me 4 hours. The toughest part was getting the drum out of the old tub. Had to use a sledgehammer. Do not forget to order a new seal with this tub!

Worth the price and effort.
I advise getting the tub assembly instead of just trying to change the bearings. Initially I had purchased just the bearings and seal, but upon removal of the tub, found hairline cracks. It was somewhat of a tedious job, but well worth repairing instead of purchasing a new unit.

Lots of Work
My inner drum support had broken causing me to have to replace it. Upon disassembly, I could not remove the inner drum support shaft from the bearings in the rear tub assembly. Hence I had to order a new rear tub assembly. Fortunately the new rear tub assembly and new rear drum support shaft fit together easily. The problem is that to get access to these parts, you have to pretty much disassemble the entire washer. Thanks goodness for YouTube instruction videos. It took a couple of hours to take the washer apart and 2-3 hours to put it back together. Just be patient and diligent. The hard parts are re-hanging the outer drum assembly in the washer. That is difficult to do without a helper but is possible. Also the rubber boot that connects the front drum assembly to the front of the washer was very difficult to install because the inner and outer retaining wires are extremely difficult to install. I had to be creative in order to get them both back on.

fast delivery
It came fast, but was told by on-line chat that it included the gasket, it does not. Does have bearings and such. This wasn't my problem, was a broken 'spider' on shaft on back of basket. I will still use it to rebuild washer. Does come with new hoses and rear shock.

Easy to install
It only took about 1 1/2 hrs to install. Would have been faster but had to reinstall boot it leaked the first time.
