Came damaged
Despite the fact the website said this was in stock when I ordered it (and subsequently), it took three months and several phone calls before receiving it. When I finally did get it, there was no padding around the part. So, it looked like it was in a rock tumbler for a week with bent metal and broken wires. On the plus side, customer service was helpful and allowed me to return the item without hassle.
