Great Replacement Part
The product was identical to the one on my freezer door and fit perfectly. The seal is tight and the frost build-up in the freezer has not come back. Pricey but similar prices found on other sites.

Easy to install
It took less than 10 minutes to install it. Once removed the old gasket it was only matter of clean the gasket slot of the door and place the new one.

Super easy to install. Fixed our leaky seal issue
Took 5 mins to install. No adhesive or clue needed. The old seal pops out with very little effort and the new one just pops in. Created a nice seal on he freezer drawer which stopped a leak. It's a little pricey is the only down side. I couldn't find it cheaper anywhere else. Shipping costs were also ridiculous.

Easy to install
The gaskets needed a little heating with a hand held blow drier to get them to reform to the proper shape from after being packaged. The replacement went very smooth and was an exact fit.

Whirlpool freezer door gasket
I was shocked when I received the half open box with a puncture on it and saw the gasket inside unwrapped and twisted up with a little piece of paper. No receipts, no vouchers. I called Sears and was put on hold for over 15 min and got disconnected. Gasket seemed to be fine so I'm crossing my fingers I don't get any issues down the road.

Horrible items
This item does not seal the freezer like the original one. Is this an OEM product and how do I go about getting a replacement for it. The seal does not completely seal and air is allowed to be sucked in a creates icecles inside the freezer. I would like a replacement unless all your seals are like this.

Parts sent don't match parts ordered
I have ordered gaskets for my refrigerator two times trying to get the correct part. First one partially my error because I didn't know for my make and model as entered there were over five choices. You have to scroll down the page to look at each one. That is after entering model number of my refrigerator and serial number. The measurements given for the gaskets on the website are not the same as what I was sent. On the second order I chatted with a customer service rep and he got his supervisor to assist and I still got the wrong gasket. At this point I think I will try to find some local shop here and not try to order from Sears parts direct. I don't know how you're supposed to get the correct part if dimensions listed or not what they send and there are no gaskets listed for the dimensions I need. If the order specialist supervisor can't find the part, you're not much help. Supposedly they were going to have some research department look at my order to find the correct part and email me back but that was a week ago and I've heard nothing.
