The worst ever service.

This should have been fixed months ago.I paid over $720 to a Sears technician this summer to fix my mower. It was not fixed. When he left it stopped running. I changed the spark plug and it ran for a while then stopped. This was my original complaint, that it would run and then stop and not start again. I sent an e-mail to Sears, I left messages and no one returned my calls. Sears ripped me off plenty of times in the past. They are the biggest thieves I have ever dealt with. Maybe that's why they are closing stores..I have many examples that I will not waste any more time with Sears. I will tell my stories to everyone I know in the lawn service business instead. You treated me with no respect and stole my money too many times. I put the fuel pump on and it still does not work. I have an appointment for someone to pick up the mower Friday, 10/8/21 to fix it.

Connect three hose clamps, install two bolts, done in less than 5 minutes .

I am a computer idiot. So I called the 800 number on my riding lawn mower. Very quickly the gal found my parts, was extremely friendly! And I received my parts before the estimated arrival date. Installation was easy! I will definitely do this again when needed.
