Tip-over method

Rather than taking the tedious route as shown in many You Tube videos - removing various panels, plugs, etc. - I chose the expedient method of tipping the machine over on its side; right or left, your choice. This allows quick access through the bottom to the drain hose connection. Before you start, unplug the electrical cord, disconnect the water hoses, and drain the sump. Tools needed: a pair of pliers.
