why would it not come with a new seal
I already knew it did not come with a seal and bought one elsewhere, but why would a part like this that requires a seal against water not come with a seal or at least have one offered?

Fixed problem
I ain't a dishwasher repairman. Didn't want to call repairman 'cause last time I got charged $450 for simple repair. Figured problem was either diverter motor or circulation motor, so I ordered both..'bout $90 altogether. Relatively easy to install both... problem fixed. Took about 2 hrs to do...if I ever have to do it again it'll take 15 minutes!

sent motor back still waiting for my return credit
you dont make the gasket to go with the motor therefore i couldent use the motor its been at least 3 weeks and iam still waiting for my credit

Comes with no grommet
Not difficult to install however, the dishwasher continued to leak after installing a new motor. The area that the shaft of the motor seats into has a grommet that also needs to be replaced, but this grommet is NOT found on the diagram on the website.
