Replace a part, not the fridge
I am not sure how my kids broke and cracked this pantry drawer. However, I am so happy I ordered this part and replaced the cracked part. It gave new life to the refrigerator.

Unfortunately, an exact replacement, no improvemnt
This is an exact replacement for the original shelf. The original was very poor design and the clear front panel is subject to easy breakage. No way just to by the ffront clear flapper door/panel - you have to buy the whole shelf and flapper door. Poor LG/Kenmore went cheap on matrtials and made it necessary to replace the whole unit and not just the broken part. Part Direct was great, however, in both speed and customer service.

Not easy to install
I had to empty out my refrigerator to get the thing installed but it wasn't a bad part. all I needed was the front piece top and bottom. Now I will have to buy the whole bottom piece I suppose. I didn't need the whole top. I think it is kind of a racket that they charge you for the whole piece. It would have helped having a real picture instead of a drawing. Also, there were no directions that came with it.

Came broken
The part came absolutely destroyed- unheard the box making clinking sounds as I brought it into the house. Given how difficult it is to find the correct part in the first place it was a huge disappointment and inconvenience that it had to be returned.

Broken on arrival
I ordered a part and it arrived broken and not the correct part. After 3 or 4 phone calls with Sears Direct Parts telling me they were emailing me out a return mailing label, I was informed today that NO I have to pay to ship the part back to them myself. Poor customer service. I definitely will not be buying anything from Sears in the future because of this.
