First of all the order came in much quicker than I anticipated. That was a great surprise. THEN, the entire order was wrong. This was not the fault of Sears, it was mine alone. I had given the wrong part number to the young lady in California and she had to work with the wrong information from me. She did her job, I failed to verify my information prior to making the order. Naturally, I called immediately to explain MY ERROR. Once again, the young lady who assisted me was most patient and worked out another shipment for me. She gave me all of the information which allowed me to send my wrong order back to Sears. I am pleased that at least some departments of this great American Icon of a company is still alive and well. We always shopped at Sears when I was just a boy in the 1950's. Thank You, Ron (Matt 21:22) P.S. The corrected part will be a breeze for me to install. I have not received it yet, but, it will be a piece of cake for me when I get it in the mail.
