A bit of a challenge
We had trouble reaching into the oven, but after several attempts we got it. It was the upper element. When it was all done all screws reinstalled it didn't work. Still no broiler. Of anything I take from this is call a repair man. The problem may be another issue we don't know about. I shouldn't have to purchase a new stove but they don't make things repairable.
