Roller broke off plastic shelf. Original part should have been metal instead of plastic. Cheap manufacturing!

No problem to install
As per the product description, it did not come with the metal rails nor the rollers but it was no problem to remove the rails and rollers from the original draw and install them on the new draw.

Incomplete Information
First, the online parts information was very vague. When I saw no rollers on the parts photo and saw shown separately what looked like rollers and side panels for mounting, I eventually deduced that the shelf came without these. The customer rep I dealt with on the phone had no clue. But I was able to take these parts from my old broken shelf and put them on the new one. Second, the shelf came with no installation instructions, no receipt, zero paperwork. Specifically, there was nothing about needing to have and add these extra parts. Finally, I was disappointed that my original shelf had such weak mountings for the rollers; the casing for one of the roller screws is what broke on my old shelf. After I figured out everything for myself (and fortunately had the extra parts from my old shelf), the installation was pretty easy. However, at $90 with S&H was a pretty expensive part.

Replacement Disaster
Part arrived quickly and immediately I saw it was missing the inside roller, which is what broke on the shelf for my one year old refrigerator. Box contained the shelf, no shipping paperwork, no instructions. Called to get a replacement, talked to teo different peps who both told me they could order a new part but I needed to tell them what i needed. So frustrating. While being placed on hold for a third time, second call, i figured out that i could disassemble the broken shelf and replace wheels and side panels. i had to remove the side panels from broken shelf and add to new shelf so the shelf could be hung in the refrigerator. Customer Service was anything but helpful. Very frustrated Without sny instructions this was a total nightmare.

Cover fixed everything
Thought a wheel or drawer would fix the problem, turns out it's the cover, with spot to put the wheel in that did the trick.
