Not new
part was not in original packaging and did not appear to be new. I waited 3 weeks on a refurbished part and then they told me they had a "new one in stock" they could send out right away, for $100 more. When it arrived the box seemed to have been opened and tr-taped and the product was out of the plastic wrap and just sitting on top. My repairman did not suggest using the part, as it was not new as promised, so I returned it.

Wrong part
So far, I'm not impressed. The gentleman who initially helped me on the phone ordered the wrong part. I waited a week to receive the part only to have to re-order what I hope will be the correct part, and then return the original purchase. At this moment, I am still awaiting my second delivery of what I hope will be the correct part.

Uick and easy fix
This piece was easy to switch out. Only 4 screws and change the board. It took about 10 tob15 minutes including getting my tools out and putting them away afterwards
