Easy to install.

Easy to order & install. Drawer fit perfectly. Just had to transfer old handle to new drawer. Was shipped as instructed.

Wrong part

The website showed the wrong part in the location of the correct part. I ordered based upon the depiction, but when the part arrived it was twice as big as the correct bin. When I returned to the website, I saw that the correct part was not depicted anywhere. So I was forced to go to a competitive website and order there.

Worst Internal Communication and shipping

Due to the lack of packaging, I had to send back 6 veg pan item no WR32X10834 for damage before or during shipping. The 7th one was still damaged but I was able to use it without any problems. However the other 6 were either cracked or broken to the point I had no other option then to return them. I explained that the drawer needed to be packaged better for shipment but that never changed. I hope everyone who purchases this drawer does not experience the same think I did.

Broken/poor packaging

We waited for shipping and then arrived separately and broken. Very poor packaging. Should give 5 stars for easy return
