Item is exactly what I needed to get my water heater up and running again. I just it would have arrived when they said it would. Delivery took longer than they had said it would.

Hmmm
Part was easy to install. Packaging and shipping were inadequate; box arrived severely crushed and with insufficient packing material. I am not totally sure that it wasn't damaged, and extremely lucky that I don't have broken pipe seals and subsequent gas leaks. Please see the photo. More packing material would have helped, as there was only 1 sheet of bubble wrap approximately 10" x 12", that barely (given a benefit of the doubt) covered the product. Very poorly packaged. Better and more specialized labelling (i.e. EXTREMELY FRAGILE) would have helped reduce the shipping damage. This is gas equipment that mandates it be treated with respect; people's lives may depend upon it. Appropriate personnel should have been more responsible in exercising good judgement in the packing of this item and subsequent supervisory oversight. Certain products require special packaging and handling. Your policy and procedures need amending.

fairly easy to install
As a plumber it only took about 20 minutes to install and get the water heater heater running right again. This is the second one I've had to replace on this water heater.
