Part worked great. But the shipping time and cost sucks. Most places has free 2 day shipping. yours was around $15.00 bucks and took around a week.

Install took about 20 min and resolved the issue. Water to the door worked fine, but the ice maker wasn’t getting water so it wouldn’t make ice. Resolved… that being said the Fridgidaire refrigerator and ice maker is absolute garbage and I’ll never buy another one… but the part was great :)

Easy to replace but need to last longer! This was my second time I replace this part on a 7 years old fridge!

Replacement of original (had an apparent leak in the valve housing) was pretty obvious and straight forward, no need to consult directions. Electrical connectors are color coded, just needed to make a note of which plastic tube goes to which part of the multi-port valve assembly.

The valve was a little pricey but well worth the money.

The main water valve on 16YO fridge leaked ... for a while, not discovered until enough water came down through the floor, ran along a beam, and dripped on the basement floor. Glad this part was available. The replacement part had two improvements, a slightly angled inlet connector and friction fit for the four plastic tubes instead of screw-on. I worried about the friction-fit since I had to cut off the nozzle on the fridge tubes to make a plain end to push into the new assembly. But they all fit without leaks. Overall, except for the pain of accessing the back corner of the fridge, the replacement job wasn't bad at all even for this non-handyman.

Did not need it was the Ice maker unit. This part was sent back without a hassle.

Watched one YouTube video. Installed in 10 minutes with no special tools. All connections were clearly color coded
