mounting bolts
On my first order the mounting bolts were left out of order . They were supposed to be included. Sears did not honor their mistake and I had to purchase bolts . Not happy about that .

Mower belt that could not be cancelled
Easy to See why Sears failed. Tried multiple times to cancel order - online did not work, trying to call didnt work. Still ended up with my backiordered part well after I had bought a replacement.
