2 support rollers,1 shaft and replace drive belt.
It was very easy to install the support rollers & shaft but it was easier to install the drum if you at least 2 people to help line it up when putting it on the rollers and protect the seal at the same time. It took about 1 &half hrs and it was drying clothes again.
