Despite lack of instructions it was easy

There were no instructions in the user manual or on the web, and none in the package. However, I just took off all the screws from the top of the door, and based on my previous repair experience I was able to unplug the wires from the old latch and plug them in to the new latch. Then I put the latch in place, attached it with its holding screws, flipped the white plastic thing up so the metal loop went into it, and it all works fine.
