Order initially received with only one of the two rails. Took over 2 months and 7 phone calls to finally receive the complete order. When the parts were received, the slide cover had been assembled incorrectly. Thank heavens, my husband is a retired mechanical engineer who worked on Maytag refrigerators. He had enough knowledge to determine the assembly problem and fix it. VERY frustrated with this company and its service.
